Sunway Lagoon is an amusement park in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It features rides in both the water park and the adjacent dry park. Situated 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur is Malaysia's first international-standard water theme park. Within the 80 acres of the park are water-based attractions, such as giant water slides, twin speed slides, a river, a waterfall garden and a lagoon express. The Admission price includes access to theme park; additional fee for Extreme Park and Wildlife Park.



Everything in theme park very excellent I very like all. But I not like for people sell for food in theme park because some food have impossible value, it very expensive. I think Sunway Lagoon Management must control price for food.

Example: in Sunway Lagoon, 1 chicken burger cost me RM7.00 (not special burger) out side place burger only RM2.00, even McDonald special burger only RM4.00! Other food also same crazy price but all facility in side very good has fun.

Splash in for wet rides at the 360 degrees spiral slide which will take your breath away and don’t miss out on a heart stopping 45 degree drop on the Tobogan. A slow river ride around the theme park is available to view the park’s many attractions, highlighted by an enchanting 80 ft high waterfall.



Attractions and rides:

Waters of Africa
This is the park's latest attraction and simulates a journey into the African wilderness. It has water slides and other rides and attractions.

World of Adventure
This features the longest pedestrian suspension bridge measuring 428 meters from where we can see the whole amusement park from a great height.

Kalahari Kids
This section of the park is exclusively for kids and is enclosed in a fence ensuring high safety. It features many fountains and also small, kid-size water slides. It is mainly a pool and made to look like a small African village in a tranquil setting.

Wild Wild West
This place is designed in such a way that it makes you feel like walking on a street in a cowboy style town in a movie filled with saloons, dancing girls, cowboys, horses, totem poles and so on.

Voodoo River Adventure
The Voodoo River is also known as Juju in Africa and this journey through a 'replica' of the river is not to be missed. This river originated among the Yoruba people of that time. The journey compromises of going into the mystic waters of a river, as if in a fairy tale!

How to go Sunway Lagoon from KL Central?



From KL Central, you can either use Taxi, Bus, or LRT.

But the best option for you is to use the rapid KL bus U63 0r U67 directly to Sunway Pyramid (Not far from Sunway Lagoon - you have to walk through the basement car park of Sunway Pyramid to get to Sunway Lagoon, ask the info counter how to get there) The bus fair would only cost you RM2. *And you can use the same ticket to get back to KL Central. You will reach there less than 30 minutes.

If you want to use the LRT, you can use the Putra LRT from KL Central to Kelana Jaya, and then take a rapid KL bus T623 to Sunway Pyramid. The LRT ticket would cost you less than RM2.50 and the bus fair would cost RM1. From KL Central to Kelana Jaya - About 15 - 20 minutes, From Kelana Jaya to Sunway Pyramid - 15 minute
